1979

The Inception

Lazerhead® Lifesciences was founded in 1979 as MacMohan Pharma by Shri. Y. R. Mohan Rao and a team of ten eminent Indian doctors, incepting our parent company.

2008

Oncology Breakthrough

Specializing in oncology, Mr. Anil Mohan Rao son of Shri. Mohan Rao, founded Amronco Lifesciences with a focus on developing innovative treatments to combat cancer by researching chemotherapy, biotech recombinant products and novel drug delivery systems.

Global Expansion

With over four decades of experience and three generations in the business - today our vision is realized through a corporate office, two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and an FR&D facility in India, serving a global network of customers. 

Amronco® Aid Foundation

Amronco® Aid Foundation was established with a passion for creating a cancer free childhood as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility. Child cancer cases worldwide are 80% curable but in India the cure rate is only 20%.

We at AAF are driven to bring the cure rate of child cancers on par with the other countries.

Initiatives Undertaken

At Amronco® Aid Foundation (AAF), we believe every child deserves the chance to live a healthy, happy life. To support this vision, we have undertaken several impactful initiatives:

  • Free Medicines: We support multiple NGOs by providing life-saving medicines manufactured by Amronco® to deserving and needy patients in Andhra Pradesh. Our goal is to expand this support across the entire country in the near future.

  • Holistic Care: AAF helps raise funds to provide nutritious food, safe accommodation, lab services, nursing care, and blood products for children undergoing cancer treatment.

  • Emotional Well-being: Beyond medical care, AAF organizes fun-filled events for child cancer patients and their families, bringing moments of joy, hope, and togetherness. The smiles on the children’s faces during these events are priceless.

  • A Helping Hand: For these young fighters and their families, AAF serves as a beacon of reassurance — a reminder that they are not alone, and that a brighter tomorrow is possible.
